Our institutional portfolio includes landmark projects like the Exelon Pavilions at Chicago’s Millennium Park, the National Tax Headquarters (Rajaswa Bhawan) in India, the Indian Airlines Hangar, and large-scale urban work including New Surat Smart City and the City of Lancaster’s STIR and Parkway Village development.

Institutional architecture comes with a distinct set of demands. These buildings are typically publicly funded, require the highest design caliber, are closely scrutinized, and expected to serve for generations rather than decades. They also carry a civic responsibility that goes beyond any single client. A government headquarters or a public infrastructure project represents an institution to the community it serves, and its design communicates something about that institution’s values and ethos.
